Once we get you fully equipped, you will set off on your adventure with a short break at the Place du Palais before quickly reaching the magnificent Pont de Pierre bridge to cross the Garonne river. The track that runs along the right bank offers us a unique view of Place de la Bourse and the “port of the moon”, with its majestic 18th century façade. It is the perfect place for us to start learning about the history of Bordeaux over the centuries.
Another pit stop on the left bank to discover the authentic districts of the city such as Saint Michel and its famous market, before heading towards the historic centre with its cobblestone streets and unforgettable animated squares, which are lined with many lively café terraces. Here we will see many historic monuments -the Saint Pierre square, the Saint André cathedral, and the Golden Triangle with the Grand Théâtre as a highlight.
